Nick Garfield , Director of Staffing Services
Mr. Garfield brings over 20 years of staffing and recruitment experience to GCA. He is an expert in both entry-level staffing and executive recruiting. Mr. Garfield is responsible for business development and client relations. GCA Staffing Services has experienced tremendous growth under his leadership. Prior to joining GCA, he was partner in Mid-Coast Associates. Mr. Garfield holds a degree in Sales & Marketing.
Teresa Lawrence, Account Manager / Bi-Lingual Services Coordinator
Ms. Lawrence brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Bi-Lingual communications expertise. Her long-term commitment to our customers and their hiring needs as well as her assistance to surrounding communities and their workforce make her a unique and valuable asset to GCA Staffing Services. Teresa was the recipient of the Team Sales Award in 2002 and numerous Manager of the Year awards throughout her career.
Randall McQuaid, Account Manager
Randall began his career with GCA Staffing Serviceas an Account Manager in Operations in 1989. His expertise led to many successful endeavors and recognition throughout the country for GCA and its affiliates. Randall has been awarded Corporate Manager of the Year in 1992, The President's Club Award in 1998 and Manager of the Year in 2003.
